Same as shopping in our store. We will exchange or refund any item within thirty days of the purchase, as long as they are returned to us in the same condition as they left the store. We ask that boots be tried on on carpet to assure that they are the proper size and not be worn outside. Clothing should be unworn and have all manufacturer tags attached. Hats should not be reshaped or altered.

Items that are defective may be returned for inspection. Some manufacturers require that we return them for their approval.

A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) is needed and can be obtained by email. Please include sales receipt date and number.
